Our Team
Our team brings diverse professional backgrounds and life experiences to the work of therapy, with a shared belief that meaningful change is possible when people are given the space to explore their stories with honesty and support.
We recognize that strength can take many forms like persistence, leadership, vulnerability, or the courage to begin again. Our clinicians strive to create a thoughtful, affirming environment where clients from all backgrounds feel respected and supported as they work toward healing, growth, and a more grounded, authentic life.

Through warmth, humor, compassion, perspective, and gentle challenge, I draw from both lived and professional understanding of chronic illness and fluctuating capacity to create a space where clients feel believed, respected, supported, and empowered toward meaningful change.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, grief, trauma, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, and pregnancy loss. I am passionate about supporting people who feel overwhelmed by life’s many stressors, and I work collaboratively with each client to create care that is centered on their unique experiences. By offering compassion, perspective, and gentle challenges when appropriate, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where healing, growth, and meaningful change can occur.
My counseling approach is holistic, integrating mind, body, and spirit while drawing from evidence-based and somatic therapies to help clients build resilience and manage difficult emotions. I utilize modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused approaches. I believe therapy can sometimes feel uncomfortable or challenging, which is why I prioritize creating a space that feels supportive, empowering, and conducive to growth. While I bring clinical expertise to the therapeutic relationship, I firmly believe that my clients are the experts on their own lives, and I am honored to walk alongside them as they create lasting and meaningful change.
